February Feature Release Notes
Release Note posts are where we inform our users about notable features or enhancements that have become active in the previous month as well as preview upcoming feature release items.
“SAFE” Notes Now Supported – We now support “SAFE” notes as an available deal type to utilize when entering deal terms.
Shared Deal File Storage – We’ve enhanced the file storage feature of shared deals, allowing all groups who have access to the same deals the ability to upload both files and folders to the deal. The file storage permissions work the same as they always have, restricting the access of confidential investor information to only the relevant investors, however this new enhancement allows more dynamic management capability when it comes to your own documents and record keeping.
Try.Venture360.co Try Site – Have you tried the “Try Site,” yet? We’ve built a pretty cool and interactive site for new and current users to enjoy everything Venture360 has to offer through either our guided tours or on their own. It is a great way to check out new features, and play around without affecting your account and data.
Updated Navigation Bar – We refined it’s look and we think you’ll find it cleaner and easier to understand where you need to go to get things done.
Updated Investor Profiles – More information will be available within the initial profile screen so that you can get quicker access to the data involved in your decision-making process. We’ve reworked the layout as well as added data about your investments that will give you a quicker look into what’s happening.
Investment Overview and Closing – We’ve been collecting a lot of feedback about streamlining investment and closing details within the platform. That feedback paired with some extensive testing has generated a much easier workflow for entering investments as well as modifying them at a later time.
Data Visualization and Reporting – We have made great strides to provide tools that present the data you want in a way that is easy to digest, manipulate, graph, compare, save, and export! THIS IS GOING TO BE HUGE! We will have a larger announcement regarding just this at a later date but it is coming soon and you won’t want to miss it!
